Julian - I think Dutchmen will tend to say this in the French way, with a French J: 'ZYoo' click to hear 2 - English J would be more like DYoo click to hear 2

knor click to hear 2 - in present-day Dutch this is a nickname for a pig, or for a disgruntled, oft-complaining person. The regular plural (though it sounds a bit funny) is knorren click to hear 2 - and not the knors click to hear 2
Unlike in English, K before N is pronounced in Dutch. If that's difficult for you, try to say K'Nex and try to reduce the space between K and N.
